서론

OECD/DAC 원조개혁그룹(Reflection Group) 회의는 OECD를 중심으로 이루어지는 국제원조 체제 개편에 대한 방향을 제시하기 위해 2008년 7.2일 뉴욕에서 1차 회의가 10.9~10일 미국원조청(USAID)에서 2차 회의가 12.10~11일 OECD 본부에서 3차 회의가 개최되었다.
