서론

2008.9.29~30일 양일간 멕시코시티에서「중소득 국가에서 국제개발협력 체제의 제도화(The Institiutionality of the International Cooperation in the Middle Income Co니ntries)」에 관한 심포지움이 개최되었다. 동 심포지움에서 KOICA는 한국이 수원국에서 공여국으로 전환한 경험을 바탕으로 국제개발협력에 있어 중소득국의 공여국으로서의 바람직한 방향과 역할에 대하여 제언하였다. 동 발제문을 소개한다.
