서론

“제2차 OECD 개발원조 정책대화“가 9.5~ 6간 서울에서 OECD 개발원조위원회(DAC) 회원국, OECD DAC 비회원국, 중국, 브라질 등 신흥공여국, 세계은행, UNDP, ADB등 주요 국제기구 및 EC 등 총 40개 국가·기구 대표단이 참석한 가운데 개최되었고 주요 결과는 다음과 같다.
