서론

2007년 스리랑카 개발포럼 회의가 Rajapaksa 대 통령 및 Amunugama 장관을 비롯한 각부장관 10 여명과 미국, 일본, 독일 등 주요 공여국 및 UN, ADB, 세계은행 등 국제기구 관계자 등 400여명이 참석한 가운데 1.29(월)–30(화)간 주재국 Galle에 서 개최되었음.
