서론

OECD 개발원조위원회 원조효과 작업반 회의가 3.8–9간 Jan Cedergren 의장(스웨덴 외교부 대사) 주재로 파리에서 개최되어 2006년 실시한 파리선언 이행 모니터링 제1차 설문조사 결과와 2008년 아크라 고위급 포럼(HLM) 준비에 대해 중점 논의하였음.
