I. 핵심요지

■ 베트남 정부가 주최한 “조류 및 인간 인플루 엔자 대유행 대비 APEC 각료회의(APEC Ministerial Meeting on Avian and Influenza Pandemics)가 5월 4∼6(3일간), 다낭에서 개최, 21개 회원국 및 UN, WHO, OIE, WB, ADB, FAO 등이 참석하여, “조류 및 인플루엔자 대유행 대비 활동계획(Action Plan on the Prevention and Responses to Avian and Influenza Pandemics)” 을 채 택하고 이의 이행을 위한 협력방안을 논의하 였음.
