서론

1. 영국 국제개발부(DFID)는 7.13 개발원조 백서 (White Paper on Inter - national Development)를 발간하였으며, 주요내용을 별 첨 보고함.

■ 백서의 전체 제목은 “Eliminating world poverty: making governance work for the poor” 로서, 금번 백서는 지난 2000년 백서 발간 이후 6년 만에 새로이 발간되어 영국 정부의 향후 원조정책의 방향과 비전 제시
