서론

Non-DAC 공여국과의 ODA 정책대화가 OECD 개 발협력국(DCD) 주관으로 9.28~9.30 개최되어 26개 국 정부대표와 UNDP 관계자가 참여하여 개발원조 관련 주요 현안을 논의하였는 바, 주요 결과는 아래 와같음.
