서론

1. Camdessus 전 IMF 총재(현 프랑스 중앙은행 명 예총재)는 지난 5월 31일 프랑스 국제문제연구기관 인 미래포럼(Forum du Futur) 주관 하에 ‘G9 정상 회의와 아프리카(L’Afrique a Gleneagles, Sommet du G8)’ 제하로 조찬 강연회를 가진 바, 주요 내용은 다음과 같음.
