서론

2008.6.12(목)-13(금) 이틀간 파리에서 OECD/DAC 연례 통계작업반회의가 개최되어，ODA 통계보고시스템의 개선방안에 대해 협의하였다. 구체적으로는 새로운 원조유형 분류방안 (New Classification by types of aid), 수원국 리스트 업데이트, ODA 계상가능 국제기구 리스트 개정， 통합보고체계(CRS++)에 대해 협의하였다. 2010년 DAC 가입을 앞두고 있는 우리나라도 2011년부터 시행될 새로운 분류방식에 따른 보고에 대비하여 우리나라 ODA 통계보고시스템의 개선 작업을 해야할 것이다. 이렇듯 통계작업반회의에서 토의한 내용에 우리나라 통계보고방식을 맞추는 작업을 해나감과 동시에，통계작성 시 어려운 점에 대해 적극 의견을 개진해 통계보고를 지속적으로 개선시킬 필요가 있다.
