1. 머리말

유엔개발계획(UNDP)은 에티오피아에서의 1997 년부터 2003년까지 공적개발원조(ODA) 경과에 대해 개발협력보고서(DCR)를 출간하였다. 동 보고서는 장기적인 관점의 ‘새천년개발목표’ (MDG)와 중 기적인 관점에서의 ‘에티오피아의 지속적인 개발 및 빈곤감소계획’ (빈곤 감소전략문서; PRSP)을 달성하 기 위한미래수요에대한접근뿐만아니라에티오피 아에 제공되어 온 공적개발원조(ODA)의 사회, 경제 적배경에대한설명으로 시작한다.
