I. 서론

한국은 단기간내 민주화로의 이행과 함께 경제․사회 발전을 이룩함으로써 국제사회에서 수원국에서 공여국으로 발전한 모범사례국이며, 새천년개발목표(Millennium Development Goals, MDGs) 달성을 위한 국제사회의 논의에 대해 인식을 공유하고 이러한 연대에 적극적으로 동참해 오고 있다.
