I. 우리 국제개발협력정책에서의 범분야 주류화 논의 현황

2010년 OECD 개발원조위원회(DAC: Development Assistance Committee)에 가입한지 이제 만 2년 반 정도가 되어가고 있다. 그간 우리 정부는 우리 국제개발협력 정책 선진화를 위 해 노력해왔다. 2010년 7월「국제개발협력기본법」이 발효되었으며, 2010년 10월 제7차 국제개 발협력위원회에서는「국제개발협력 선진화 방안」, 제8차 국제개발협력위원회에서는「2011-2015 국제개발협력 기본계획」이 의결되었다. 이러한 일련의 노력을 통해 국제개발협력정책의 통합적인 법적·제도적 기반이 갖추어졌다고 볼 수 있다.
