국제개발협력과 시민사회(CSO)의 역할: 부산총회 이후의 맥락에서

1. 들어가면서

부산 세계개발원조총회는 작년 12월 1일 ‘효과적인 개발협력을 위한 부산 파트너십’ 과 정치 선언문을 채택하고 성공적으로 마무리되었다. 약 3개월이 지난 현재 국내외적으로 각국 정부와 시민사회는 부산총회 자체에 대한 자체 평가를 마무리하고¹⁾ 부산 파트너십의 핵심 내용인 효과적인 개발협력을 위한 글로벌 파트너십(Global Partnership for Effective Development Cooperation)의 구성과 운영방안 및 글로벌 모니터링 체제와 평가지표를 올해 6월말까지 만드는데 참여하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 지난 2월 13-14일 파리에서는 포스트 부산 임시그룹 (Post Busan Interim Group) 첫 회의가 열렸다.
