1. 서론

한국은 2010년 DAC 가입 후, 첫번째로 맞는 DAC의 개발정책 및 집행평가(Peer-Reviews)의 준비를 앞두고 분주하다. 무상원조 대표 수행기관인 KOICA도 20년간 수행경험과 결과들을 국제적 규범에 맞게 정리하고 진단 중이다. 아울러 그간 미흡한 부분들에 대한 입장정리와 향후 로드맵을 제시하기 위한 노력에 힘쓰고 있다.
