1. 서론

작년 말 개최된 부산세계개발원조총회의 가장 두드러진 특징은 개발협력에서 민간부문 역할의 확대와 그 중요성의 강조일 것이다. 총회 결과문서에서 민간부문의 참여는 국제 개발협력 거버넌스 구조 변화를 일으키는 특징으로 언급되었을 뿐 아니라, 4대 공동원칙 중 하나인 ‘포괄적 개발파트너십 형성’ 의 주요 내용이기도 하다.¹⁾
