Ⅰ. 들어가면서

‘개발원조의 올림픽’이라 불리운 부산 세계개발원조총회가 ‘효과적인 개발협력을 위한 부산 파트너십’과 정치 선언문을 채택하고 마무리되었다. 국제회의로서의 행사 조직은 큰 차질없이 진행되어 성공적이었다는 평가가 지배적이며, 현재 부산파트너십의 내용을 둘러싸고 여러 각도에서 다양한 평가가 이루어지고 있다.
