표제회의가 2011년 7월 7일부터 9일까지 파리 OECD 본부에서 OECD 주최로 원조효과작업반 멤버 대표 100여명, 박은하 국장, 김병원 부장, 김우중 부장, 허장 기획재정부 개발협력과장, 이병원 국무총리실 개발협력지원과장, 이철 서기관, 홍상희 서기관, 최소정 서기관, 박주언 기획재정부 개발협력과 사무관, 이현주 KOICA 연구원, 임영재 KDI 박사 등이 참석한 가운데 개최 됨.
