서론

개발원조위원회(DAC) 산하 거버넌스 네트워크(GOVNET) 회의가 2010.3.1-2간 파리 OECD 본부에서 개최되었다. 3월 1일 회의에서는 개도국의 선거제도 지원방안을 논의하기 위한 1차 회의가 개최되었고, 3월 2일에는 GOVNET의 향후 작업방향, 역할 및 비교우위에 대해 논의하는 총회가 개최되었다. 동 회의에는 KOICA 정책연구실 박명지 연구원이 참석하여 아래와 같이 회의 주요 내용을 정리, 보고하였다.
