서론

OECD 개발원조위원회(DAC) 산하 빈곤감소네트워크(POVNET) 전체회의가 2009.10.21-22간 파리 OECD 회의장에서 개최되었다. 이번 회의에서는 POVNET 산하 2개 작업팀(이행 및 권능강화) 작업 및 관련 네트워크(GOVNET, GENDERNET)와의 협력작업 현황을 점검하 면서 향후 작업방향을 논의하였으며, DAC Reflection Exercise 결과 및 후속조치 진전사항 등에 대해 논의가 이루어졌다. 동 회의에는 주OECD 대표부 및 KOICA, 여성정책연구원으로 구성된 대표단이 참석하여 아래와 같이 회의 주요 내용을 정리, 보고하였다.
