OECD/DAC 원조효과작업반 산하 제1작업팀 및 제3작업팀 회의 결과

서론

OECD 개발원조위원회(DAC)는 Reflection Exercise(원조효과작업반)에서 도출된 권고사항에 따라 3개의 작업팀(Task Team)을 설치하였다. 이중 ‘글로벌공공재 및 개발을 위한 정책일관성에 관한 제1작업팀(Task Team 1 on Policy Coherence for Development and Global Public Goods)’의 제 1차 회의가 ’09.9.8 파리에서 개최되었다. 동 회의에서는 글로벌공공재 확대 및 개발을 위한 정책일관성 제고를 위한 OECD의 기여가능성 등이 논의되었다.

또한 ‘개발협력 및 체제에 관한 제2작업팀(Task Team 2 on International Development Cooperation Governance and Architecture)’ 제1차 회의가 ’09.9.21 캐나다 OECD 대표부에서 이루어졌으며, Global Governance와 Aid Architecture, DAC 내부개혁에 관한 내용들이 논의되었다.

마지막으로 ‘남남협력에 관한 제3작업팀(Task Team 3 on South-South Cooperation)’ 제1차 회의는 ’09.9.15~16 미국에서 개최되었다. 동 회의에서는 향후 작성될 남남협력 사례연구에 관한 concept paper와 2010년 개최될 남남협력에 관한 보고타 고위급회의 준비 등이 협의되었다.
