서론

2009.6.10~12일간 프랑스 파리 OECD 본부에서 제7차 OECD/DAC 성평등네트워크(GENDERNET) 회의가 개최되었다. 본 회의에서는 글로벌 금융 및 식량 위기가 여성에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 대응방안을 논의하고 원조효과성을 제고하기 위한 성 인지적인 수원국 시스템 활용 방안에 대해 논의하였다. 아울러, 제4차 DAC 고위급포럼(HLF)주최국으로서 한국은 HLF-4에서 개발에서의 성평등 이슈가 보다 심도있게 논의될 수 있도록 GENDERNET이 기여해줄 것을 요청하였다.
