I. 들어가며 - 지구와 우리의 운명을 바꿀 기후변화

지난 100년 동안 지구의 온도는 0.74K가 올랐다. 1도가 채 안 되는 온도 상승은 지구의 기후체계를 변화시 켰다. 세계 곳곳에서 홍수，폭우，폭설，폭염 , 슈퍼 태풍 과 같은 기상재해가 발생하고 있다. 지금처럼 지구의 온도가 계속해서 오르면 2020년경에는 어떤 현상이 발생할까? 작게는 4억 많게는 17억 명이 물 부족에 시달린다 야생동물들 중에서 온도 변화에 민감한 개구리, 뱀, 맹꽁이와 같은 양서파충류는 멸종하게 되고, 식량부족과 전염병이 창궐하게 된다. 앞으로 11년 뒤에 벌어질 일들이다.
