서론

신임 Eckhard Deutcher OECD/DAC 의장 주최로 2008. 1.22(화) 개발원조위원회(DAC)가 개최되 어 DAC mandate 갱신 방안, DAC의장단 선출개혁, 원조효과 제고를 위한 능력 개발(capacity development) 문제 등이 협의되었다. 2010년 DAC 가입을 목전에 두고 있는 우리나라로서는 DAC 에서 논의되고 있는 주요 이슈들에 대해서 더 한층 관심을 갖고 연구하여 DAC 가입에 대비 우리나라 개발협력사업의 방향성을 정립해 나가야 할 것이다. 〔정리 : 정책연구실〕
