서론

우리나라의 대라오스 무상원조 지원규모는 라오스 전체 수원금액 중 2.63%에 달하며 순위로는 11위의 공여국에 해당된다.(2005-2006년: 11위, 2004-2005년: 9위) 라오스는 인도네시아, 베트남, 스리랑카, 필리핀, 캄보디아에 이어 KOICA의 아시아지역 상위 6대 수원국가이고 이러한 라오스에서 우리나라가 아닌 다른 공여국 및 공여기관에서는 어떻게 원조를 집행하는지 살펴보는 것은 의미가 있다고 본다. [ 정리 : 정책연구실 ]
