서론

원조의 양적 증대를 위한 몬테레이 컨센서스가 채택된 이후, 개발재원이 증대 되었으나, 최빈개도국이 그 혜택을 받지 못하는 배분의 형평성 문제가 최근 대두되고 있다. 이에 UN 총회 의장, 사무총장 및 주요 국제기구와 원조공여국 대표들이 모여 개발재원의 균등분배, 국제개발금융기구 개혁과 공여국-수원국과의 파트너십에 대해 논의하였고, 동 회의 결과는 향후 우리 원조 방향에 대해 시사하는 바가 크다. [ 정리 : 정책연구실 ]
