※ 덴마크는 외무부 개발협력장관(Ms. Ulla Tornaes)을 수석대표로 8명의 대표단이 참석하였으며(덴마크 외무부에는 외무장관과 개발협력장관이 각각 있음), 네덜란드 및 그리스가 주심사국을 맡음
