1. 체코의 특별검토 추진 경위

■ 2006.5월 체코측, 사무국에 약식 DAC 검토 (‘mini Peer Review’) 요청

■ 2006.6월 DAC회의에서 체코의 약식검토 요청을 지지

- 다만 표준 Peer Review에 부정적인 영향이 없어야하고, 사무국의 재원이 사용되어서도 안된다고 지적

■ 2006.9월 Terms of Reference 작성 완료

- 작업내용은 상당히 간소화된 검토이나 기본적으로 DAC Peer Review에 기초
