서론

2006.4.4(화) OECD 본부에서 개최된 개발과 환경장관 합동회의는 개발과 환경간의 관계, 개발 과 환경을 위한 국제 거버넌스, 국제환경협약 이행 지원문제 등을 토의하고, 공동행동계획, 기후변화 적응관련 선언문을 채택한 바, 주요 결과 아래 보고함.

※ OECD 30개 회원국의 장관, 차관, 원조기관장 등이 참석하였으며, 우리나라에서는 이규형 외 교부 제2차관, 박석범 국제경제국장, 고재영 환 경부 환경정책실장 및 외교부, 환경부 실무자 가 참석
