서론

1. 개발원조는 국제사회의 구성원의 일원으로서 국제사회가 기대하는 책무를 다함과 동시에, 이를 통하여 자국의 이익도 도모하고자 하는 것이다. 따라서 우리나라의 개발협력 방안을 검토함 에 있어서는 우선 개발원조의 관점에서 국제사 회의 과제와 동향을 파악하는 것이 첫 번째의 과제이다.
