I. 핵심 요지

■ Aid for Trade의 DDA 협상에 대한 기여방안과 관련, AfT가 시장접근 기회를 개도국/LDC들 이 실제로 활용할 있도록 공급측면 능력배양에 초점을 두어야 한다는 점이 강조되었으며, 특 히 개도국들은 무역자유화에 따른 조정비용 (adjustment cost)도 AfT의 지원범위에 포함 되어야 함을 강조함.

-또한, AfT가 DDA 협상 자체와는 de-link되 어야 하며, DDA의 level of ambition을 낮추 어서는 안된다는 지적도 제기됨
