수원국 리스트 변경 사항

■ 1996년부터 유지해 오던 수원국 리스트의 Part I (ODA대상국)과 Part II(OA 대상국)의 구분을 없애고 Part I ODA 대상국만을 남겨 수원국 리스트를 단일화 하였음.

■ 이번 수원국 리스트 변경 시, 2001년 1인당 국민소득 기준을 2004년 1인당 국민소득 기준으 로 갱신 하면서 저소득국, 중저소득국, 고중소득국, 고소득국의 분류 기준을 각기 $825, $3,255, $3,026, $10,065로 변경하였음.

■ Part II 삭제에 따라 벨로루시, 우크라이나, 리비아는 소득수준에 맞추어 중저소득국과 고중 소득국으로 편입 되었음. 단, 불가리아와 루마니아는 EU 가입예정을 이유로 ODA대상국에서 제외됨.
