Ⅰ. 스위스 개발원조의 전략적 기초 와 새로운 방향

1. 강한 정치적 의지와 빈곤완화

□ 스위스는 MDGs와 새천년선언을 개발정책의 이 정표로 삼고 빈곤완화를 외교정책의 주요 목표로 세웠음. 스위스의 주요 외교 및 개발정책 목표는 빈곤근절, 인류의 평화공존, 인권존중과 민주주의 확산, 자원보존 및 스위스의 경제적 이권 보호임.

□ 스위스는 2004년 2월 국가빈곤완화의 전략, 정 책, 실천방안을 세웠으며 이를 통해 MDGs 달성 을 위해 노력함.

□ 파트너국가와의 정책대화와 굿거버넌스를강조함.

□ 개발정책, 전략, 국제협력을 위한 적절한 방안 마 련을 위해 다른 공여국들과 긴밀히 협조함.
