서론

태국 탁신 총리는 지난 11월 2~3일간 캄보디아, 라오스, 미얀마 및 베트남 정상들을 방콕으로 초청, 제2회 ‘Ayeyawady-Chao Phraya-Mekong Economic Cooperation Strategy(ACMECS)’ 정상 회담을 개최하고 선언문을 채택한 바 그 결과는 아래 와 같음.
