10.3(월) 개회된 유엔총회 제2위원회에서는 Ocampo 사무차장의 보고에 이어 9월 정상회의에 대한 평가및 향후 이행방안 등에 대한 일반토론이 진행 되어 G-77, EU 등 회원국 대표의 기조연설을 청취한 바, 10.3(월)~4(화)간의 주요 발언내용 아래와 같음.
