1. 뉴질랜드의 원조 목표 및 방향

1) 정책 기조

□ 개도국의 빈곤해소를 궁극적 목표로 ‘빈곤 없는 안전하고 정의로운 세계 지향’ (Towards a safe and just world free of poverty) 및 5개년 전략 (the Five Year Strategy/2004. 5~2009. 10)을 주요 정책기조로 삼고 있음.
