서론

베트남 중간년도 원조공여국 회의 결과보고 (Informal Mid-Year Consultative Group Meeting for Vietnam)가 2005년 6월 2~3일 25개 주요 원조공여국(브라질 및 남아공은 옵저버로 참석), WB 및 ADB 등 15개 국제기구대표, Oxfam 등 5개 국제 NGO 대표 및 베트남 대표 등 약 150여 명이 참석한 가운데 WB와 베트남 정부의 공동 주관으로 베트남 남부 메콩델타지역인 껀터(Can Tho)시에 서 비공식 회의의 형식으로 개최됨.
