Ⅰ. ODA 규모

□ 2004년도 DAC 회원국의 ODA 규모는 786억불로 서 사상 최고치 기록(2003년도는 690억불)

– 인플레, 달러 하락을 고려한 실질가치로 계산시 2003년에 비해 4.6% 증가(2003년도는 2002년 도보다 4.3% 증가)

□ ODA/GNI 비율은 0.25%로써 2003년과 동일 수 준(2002년도 0.23%, 2001년도 0.22%)

□ ODA 증가 주요 요인

– 국제기구 기여금 및 출자금 증액(37억불)

– 아프간, 이라크 지원 증가(15억불)

– 기술협력 증가(12억불)
