서론

20세기의 성공적인 인구가족계획 사업에도 불구하 고 전세계에서는 여전히 그동안 경험하지 못했던 다양 한 인구 현상이 진행되고 있다. 각국은 인구고령화, 생 식보건 및 생식권리, 성비 불균형, 가족구조의 변화, 인력 공급 등과 관련된 문제를 안고 있으며 특히 개발 도상국의 경우, 이러한 문제들이 집중적인 인구 증가 현상으로 인해 더욱 심각해지고 있는 상황이다. 이에 국제사회는 인구 문제를 개발의 핵심 요소로 인식하고 협력체계를구축하여해결방안을모색하고있다.
