요약

캄보디아는 1992년 달러화를 통화로 사용하기 시작한 이래 12년이 지난 2004년 말 현재 금액으로 볼때 총통화 중 달러화가 점하는 비중은 약 70% 이상에 이르고 있다. 이 때문에 캄보디아 정부는 상당부분 통화발행 권리를 상실하고 있으며 그로 인해 잃어버린 가치는 2004년 말 현재 682백만불에 이른다.
